Luxe Laser required a more personalized way to help potential clients discover suitable aesthetic treatments based on their concerns and requirements. To solve this, ConicPlex developed a custom Treatment Builder system that transforms the traditional consultation process into an interactive digital experience.
The solution was designed as a custom WordPress plugin that allows users to complete a guided assessment, select specific body areas, identify their concerns, and receive personalized treatment recommendations. The platform creates a smoother patient journey by helping users understand available treatment options before booking a consultation.
Along with the frontend experience, we developed a complete backend management system where the Luxe Laser team can manage treatment categories, concerns, recommendations, forms, submissions, and reporting from a centralized WordPress dashboard.
