Derek Gaugan had a half-formed idea for a plugin that could help WordPress sites strengthen their E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) signals for SEO — but needed that idea turned into an actual product, one that could support both a free public release and a monetized premium tier.

ConicPlex built EEAT WP Pro as a scalable plugin ecosystem: schema-rich author bio markup, custom trust badges and credential links, and a full license-management system running its own subscription logic, with a free version shipped on WordPress.org and a premium tier alongside it.
